In
exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section(J) of Section 79 of the
Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 and other enabling provisions in this
behalf, the HPSEB in suppression of Sales Circular No.4/2000 dated 13.4.2000,
1/2001 dated 16.01.2001 & 12/2002 dated 8.04.2002 issued vide No. HPSEB/CE(Comm)/T&S-34/2000-311-662
dated 13.04.2000 even file No.16473-16873 dated 16.01.2001 & 207-587 dated
8.04.2002 is pleased to reconstitute the existing Dispute Settlement Committees
at different level as under: -
A.
Sub-Divisional Level Dispute Settlement Committee
