STS                                 Stands for State Transmission System

Transmission System :    The system of EHV electric lines and electrical equipment owned and/or operated by STU for the purpose of the transmission of electricity between Power Stations, External Interconnections and the Distribution System.

User                                 A term utilised in the various sections of the HPEDC to refer to the persons/agencies using the STS, as more particularly identified in each section of the HPEDC.
