                        Sealed tenders, (in duplicate), “from manufacturer” only, in two parts   (i.e.  part-I technical & Commercial Bid and part-II price bid ) are invited for the supply of  CFL bulbs under    “Atal Bijli Bachat Yojna”,as  detailed  in  Section-II attached herewith,  on  the prescribed  tender  documents. General instructions to the tenderers are as per Section-I of this enquiry
                        The bidder is requested to examine all instructions, Annexures, forms, terms and specifications in the bidding documents carefully.  Failure to furnish all informations, as per the requirements of these documents or submission of incomplete bid in any    respect, will be AT THE BIDDER’S RISK AND MAY RESULT IN THE REJECTION OF TENDER. The tender bids of the manufacturers, who do not furnish the following information, shall not be opened and/or out rightly rejected 

1.                  Earnest money strictly, Rs. 25 Lac in the form of DD, as per Clause 16 of Section-I.

2.                  The informations, specifically sought in technical part of the bid for Technical evaluation of tender.

3.                  Tenderers shall have to quote for 50% of the tendered quantity for individual item. The offer of such bidders, who quote for less than 50% tendered quantity, for individual item shall not be considered for that item.

4.                  The quantities mentioned in Section-II (Technical Specification), are tentative and can be increased or decreased.

5.                  The tenderer must mention valid ISI/BIS License No. / ISO certification No. along with attested copies as a proof thereof.

6.                  Telegraphic and conditional tenders shall not be accepted.

7.                  Compliance of conditions, in the form of certificates, imposed for making this a CDM Project.

8.                  Tender documents can be purchased from the office of under signed   & can also be downloaded from the website www.hpseb.com. The bid along with demand draft amounting to Rs. 2500/-, towards tender document fee, down loaded from the web site, can be submitted to under signed & will also be acceptable. Incomplete downloaded documents shall not be considered for valuation.

9.                  HPSEB reserve the right to split up the purchase order to different firm to expedite the delivery.
