detailed above table in the form of Demand Draft of nationalized bank in favour
of Sr. Accounts Officer(Banking), HPSEB, Vidyut Bhavan, Shimla-171004 (Payable
at Shimla)
To be submitted by hand/Courier to the O/o the under Signed at Shimla.
2 Interested bidders have to register on above website for annual registration,
by paying registration fee of Rs 2,000/- through Demand Draft of nationalized
bank drawn in favour of M/s ITI Limited (Payable at Delhi).

3 While submitting the tender online, the firm will have to pay 0.1 % of the
estimated cost of the tender (Refer relevant tender details on website) (Minimum
Rs 2,000/- or Maximum Rs 11,000/-) through Demand Draft of nationalized bank
drawn in favour of M/s ITI Limited (Payable at Delhi). To be submitted by
hand/Courier to the O/o the under Signed as Shimla.
4 EMD cost, as mentioned in Section-I ( Clause 15.2.1 ) is to be paid separately
in the shape of Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee from nationalized bank drawn in
favour of Sr. Account Officer (Banking), HPSEB, Vidyut Bhawan, Shimla-171004.
5 All the original Demand Drafts of nationalized bank have to be submitted by
hand/Courier to the O/o the under Signed before the closing dates and Time.
6 Tender Documents without original Earnest money/Bank Guarantee (As Mentioned
in Section-I) which is not submitted to the O/o the Under Signed with in the
Tender Closing date and time will not be considered / Opened and will be
rejected out rightly.
7 The purchaser reserves the right to change the scope of purchase and to reject
any or all of the tenders without assigning any reasons thereto.
8 The above quantities are tentative and are likely to increase or decrease at
the time of placing of purchase order.
